Quad tuner cards? As in 4 x DVB-C tuners on one card? Where?

So far, support for DVB-C cards is scarce in my experience.
However, the multimedia/webcamd port brings hope, but only for usb tuner (so far).
I haven't got anyt usb tuners (DVB-C) that work with it yet, but I'm still looking.
