I've read it somewhere (not in the linked article) that *maybe* (so not everytime) causes linker problems - the link: http://www.cruwe.de/?p=78 "Careful: Packages will not link properly when cross-compiling on amd64. ARMv6 is 32b, so linking in a 64b address space will fail!" But if it's a solution I want to know too :) Zsolt
