world/kernel was built with WITHOUT_INET6= in /etc/src.conf

I made the problem go away with removing WITHOUT_INET6= and rebuilding.
The system was installed by taking
FreeBSD-15.0-CURRENT-arm64-aarch64-RPI-20240104-8bf0882e186e-267378.img
and dd-ing it to a usb3-connected hd.

Where can I read about features?

% man features
No manual entry for "features"

it's not in apropos
thanks,
