It is generally possible to get reasonable answers out of them, but their dedication to actually supporting even medium-sized customers is notably absent. We (my previous employer) were buying AX at about one copy a month, and also bundling LX with laptops that we were selling to customes for portable data analysis. We had major problems with both their Cirrus 754x support (for the laptops) and palette rubbish (on the Matrox Millenium). In both cases, they didn't give any impression of being interested in actually exerting any effort to fix the problem. -- \\ Sometimes you're ahead, \\ Mike Smith \\ sometimes you're behind. \\ mike@smith.net.au \\ The race is long, and in the \\ msmith@freebsd.org \\ end it's only with yourself. \\ msmith@cdrom.com To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-mobile" in the body of the message
