Hi,

  HAVE_MOTIF shouldn't bother you. I'm kind of at a loss as to
why this is still failing with matching make.conf files. I've
got several machines here that I installed earlier this week in
the same way without any problems.

  Let me know how you get on with HAVE_MOTIF defined.
