Note: Replying to the group only because the email address is suspicious. FreeBSD supports nearly every video card on the market, however FreeBSD stops at the console text-mode level. If you want to run a GUI (X), then you need to look into what XFree (Which ships with FreeBSD, but is not part of the project) supports. Their homepage is http://www.xfree.org. Generally, XFree has pretty good raster (2D) support all around, but their 3D support is much less mature and only works on a handfull of cards. -- _ _ _ ___ ____ ___ ______________________________________ / \/ \ | ||_ _|| _ \|___| | Jason Andresen -- jandrese@mitre.org / /\/\ \ | | | | | |/ /|_|_ | Views expressed may not reflect those /_/ \_\|_| |_| |_|\_\|___| | of the Mitre Corporation.
