They're what you'll find in almost all of the non-Compaq-labelled sysems, since API are the only Alpha bare board supplier in the marketplace. I would consider both of these boards "must haves" at some stage, yes, or we will end up in the situation where we only run on a subset of the Compaq-branded Alpha systems, and none of the clones.
