Nope, didn't need to do. Just removed the hot-swap drive, replaced it. The controller picked-up the new drive and rebuilt the RAID. This was RAID-5.

The aaccli tool stopped working with the latest card firmware, so now there is no way to manage the card from within FreeBSD.
