Seems that this is fixed with commit 2a9d785d67c6d66268d46f4d3ff0f255dc01e9ea in ports (merged on 2023.07.14.). I guess that I rebuilt kernel and world around that time but didn't update the ports tree, and spent few days rebuilding LLVM and kernel and searching for solution which was already there...
