Yes they do, but they are secret :)
I think it is on the website for "putty" that there are links to
different sites explaining cryptography laws in different countries.
It is a minefield.

I read the one for Holland, where I live, and it is the usual schizoid
nonsense, but it is under debate here so it would not suprise me if laws
became tighter here as well .. Holland is a very liberal country, but
has little concept of privacy, there isn't even a real word for it in
the Dutch language, only a "loan" word. The government likes to know
everything about you...
