The doc pages about problem report handling guidelines include this information. If you want to follow up to a particular PR, you use the bug-followup address. If you have a problem with the PR system itself, use the bugmeister mailing address. Upon examination, in this case the mail was quarantined because you sent it base64-encoded. This rule is intentional. GNATS only works well when people use plain ASCII text for the message bodies. (To address a similar problem, there is _no_ circumstance where GNATS should have a stylesheet included: these have been showing up recently.) Please resubmit your reply; from where I am in an Internet cafe it is not feasible for me to try to fix this up. mcl
