If you have -current sources online, you can build & install
them yourself (cd /usr/src/share/doc/{FAQ,handbook}, make...)

Funny you should mention that. I've been thinking about doing exactly that,
and then updating the handbook to include links to the appropriate
man page instead of just teling the user to go look at the man page.
Is there some kind of man2html program floating around that
does this?
