Check
http://hub.org/sharedhosting.php

Hub.org support PostgreSQL and I believe the owner is part of the
PostgreSQL release team.

I use VM (virtual machine) hosting from them and they have been very
stable for over a year. Some time in the past they had problems, but it's
now a thing of the past. If you plan to host many domains a VM makes more
sense than shared hosting.

They support several Open source packages. See list at
http://hub.org/standard_features.php
