I use VM (virtual machine) hosting from them and they have been very stable for over a year. Some time in the past they had problems, but it's now a thing of the past. If you plan to host many domains a VM makes more sense than shared hosting. They support several Open source packages. See list at http://hub.org/standard_features.php
