To Whom it may concern, I have just down loaded the boot info for freeBSD on my zip drive. I have a blank partition, about 4 gigs reserved for an operating system. My question is, do I have to have an operating system on the partition to run FreeBSD and boot it up, or is it a stand alone operating system able to be loaded onto the partition. If I am able to load it, how would I do so...? Thank You for your patients, Steve Beans To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-doc" in the body of the message
