Then an old customer of yours are trying to use your nameserver, but isn't allowed to. No worry. If you get messages regarding somebody trying to _update_ your dns, then you need to start worrying... I once had this, it was because some NT was thinking it was authoritative over a domain of ours, which it wasn't. They had just used a domainname which were their compamy name for their internal network, and never bothered to check if it was taken, when they got online.
