With a fresh install of 4.1 and apache 1.3.14 from the ports I get; [Thu Nov 16 12:20:48 2000] [alert] httpd: Could not determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.0.1 for ServerName /usr/local/sbin/apachectl start: httpd could not be started This is before I even messed with the httpd.conf file. Does anyone know of a way to get around Apache looking up its FDQN?
