Yes, it's certainly true that they pay well but that in itself comes with a price. In order to get paid well, you basically have to sell your soul to them. A guy I work with said that he has a neighbor who works for them and a typical work week is 60 hours and it's not because he's a work-a-holic, it's because it's standard policy.
