Might I just suggest just making your own shell script to run the install
for everything.  Log the commands that you run to install everything into a
jail, put them into a simple script, and then run that script w/ the same
version of all the programs as before.  Just make sure that if you need to
enter in some data somewhere while a program is installing, you make note of
it. Worked for me when I needed to setup the same kinda server about 20
times or so. :)
