Where can I find information on using FreeBSD as a gateway in that it will autodial into my dedicated 28.8 connection on disconnect and such?

Also, does FreeBSD have the ability to act as a proxy server and allow other systems that DO NOT have an internet IP such as 10.0.0.x to access the internet?
