Despite you couldn't guarantee it, it really helped and it boots now.
I've used the binary loader available from ~kib site and just replaced
it on the original ISO: mdcondifig -> mount ->
tar cf - | (cd elswhere && tar xvpf -) -> replace the loader -> mkisomages.sh
