mdconfig: ioctl(/dev/mdctl): Bad address
# truss mdconfig -a -t vnode ./bootimg.bin
....

ioctl(3,MDIOCATTACH,0x8058c00) ERR#14 'Bad address'
....
# ls -l /dev/mdctl
crw------- 1 root wheel 95, 0xffff00ff Nov 26 11:37 /dev/mdctl
/dev located on devfs mountpoint
Problem appears before 14 Nov
md compiled into kernel (not module)
Any suggestions
