[-- Attachment #1 --] I'm wondering what programmer text editors people are using out there under Gnome/GTK 2 I'm fairly new to Gnome, and the one thing that I truly miss from KDE is KATE - a simple programmer's editor with auto-indent, syntax highlighting (for Python), and other stuff. I know there are plenty good editors out there that can do this stuff..EMACS, Vi, JED, NEdit, etc...but I was wondering if there was one that was a little more...gnomish :) Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. -- +----------------------------------+----------------------------------+ | Andy Akins | email: andy@leonidae.org | | | web: http://www.leonidae.org | +----------------------------------+----------------------------------+ | public key available at: http://pgp.mit.edu/ as andy@leonidae.org | | GPG-FP: 7531 26C0 EB2D 4A0E DFD2 E250 D4FD FF2C 26EB 457A | +---------------------------------------------------------------------+ [-- Attachment #2 --] -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.1 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQA+VxHZ1P3/LCbrRXoRAleYAJ9zSCQnZh4kgMlwGlNxrfjtTyEntwCcCIQI AMFFe+WEETW/1V0BEiRgHBs= =+boc -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----home | help
