my /etc/X11/xorg.conf has:
Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "Keyboard0"
Driver "kbd"
Option "XkbModel" "pc105"
Option "XkbLayout" "fr"
## MatchIsKeyboard "on"
EndSection
# service onestart slim
xorg starts, keymap is wrong, the log shows as below and I have to manually
run "setxkbmap fr"
II) Module kbd: vendor="X.Org Foundation"
compiled for 1.7.7, module version = 1.7.0
Module class: X.Org XInput Driver
ABI class: X.Org XInput driver, version 7.0
(**) AT Keyboard: always reports core events
