No.  UNIX on the desktop is dead, Bill winning that war while the UNIX
heads were too busy fighting themselves over OpenLook vs Motif and a
host of other issues (we won't even get into the actual desktop
management picture, which still sucks to this day).  We're a server OS
now with minimal desktop functionality.
