I have noticed this and fixed part of it, the *.pl files now get installed
into the right places, there is still a problem with the h2pl stuff always
stomping into /usr/include no mater what DESTDIR is set to.

I have not had a chance to get back to fixing this second bug, it looks as
if it should work, but it does not :-(.
