I have put in incoming/dcfd.diff.tar.gz the patch to
/usr/src/usr.sbin.xntpd/parse/util/dcfd.c to make it work with FreeBSD
and with the DCF77 Boeder Receiver.

This is only useful to European users (esp. Germans) as DCF77 transmits
from Frankfurt.
