Handbook says "/var/spool/lpd/<printername>. Both /var/spool/lpd and /var/spool/output/lpd exist on a freshly installed system Default /etc/printcap says to use "/var/spool/output/lpd" for a local printer -- but duplicate ``sd'' dirs aren't allowed anymore.. Default /etc/printcap says to use "/var/spool/output/lphost" for a remote printer So what to use??? -- -- David (obrien@NUXI.com -or- obrien@FreeBSD.org)
