... and it used to work with 2.2.2 + PAO. Files are ok, I just
checked the mail archives about this problem, and only found
that I wasn't alone (back to Oct 1997).
Old kernel -> probes fine.
New kernel -> nada.
Machine is Acer 950C.
Culprits: 3Com 3C589 / 3C589D
and Lasat 288 Credit.
Help, I'm leaving for Cameroun in 5 days :-|
