Hi, I'm new to this list, so please forgive me if any of these questions have already been solved on this list. I just bought a new Computer with an ATX Board inside. This board supports apm. I installed 2.2.6-STABLE and enabled apm and all worked fine, so far. However "halt -p" doesn't work, and i found no possibility for setting the 'power up on timer' feature, which i can access when booting. Are any of these issues beeing worked on ? I would like to try to help in this area myself, can anyone give me a pointer to the spec, and maybe handholding for some stupid questions ? Last, but not least, would it be better if I switched to 3.0 when doing someting in that area ? CU, Sec -- Die Zahl 42 kommt erstaunlich oft vor, dafuer das sie so ungebraeuchlich ist. <nick@roses.de> am 20.8.97 To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-mobile" in the body of the message
