Thanks, I applied this patch but I still see the ``FIOASYNC'' message, and ``cat some.wav > /dev/audio'' hanging in dspwr. I'm also seeing this: Aug 23 20:21:06 jos /kernel: FIOASYNC Aug 23 20:21:13 jos last message repeated 3 times Aug 23 20:22:16 jos /kernel: timeout flushing dbuf_out.chan, cnt 0xff00 flags 0x00000041 This suggests to me that the problem is DMA-related...
