Relax, Justin.  You're not the only one with deadlines and a workload.

Matt made it fairly clear in his response to me that he'd be looking at 
CAM when he had the opportunity, and meaniwhile -current first and then 
-stable is the correct order for getting it into -stable, where the 
patch has both currency and a life expectancy.
