The word is Creative is soliciting, or has solicited programmers to write Linux drivers for the Live! 4d-tech (www.opensound.com) has solicited Creative for programming docs, but has yet to hear from Creative. Sounds like they're in for a wait. Personally, I use the Live! in Windows, and the PCI128 (read Ensoniq AudioPCI) in FreeBSD. Creative should really try follow Nvidia's and work with 4d-tech as Nvidia worked with the the xfree86 people, imho. ymmv. -- Joseph nugundam =best=com==/==\=IIGS=/==\=Playstation=/==\=Civic HX CVT=/==\ # Anime Expo 1998 >> www.anime-expo.org/ > # Redline Games >> www.redlinegames.com/ > # Cal-Animage Epsilon >> www.best.com/~nugundam/epsilon/ > # EX: The Online World of Anime & Manga >> www.ex.org/ / To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
