BBQ. Steak, sausages, some home made bread, and a few salads (Nik's
culinary tip for the day -- some sweetcorn, diced red and green peppers,
one or two finely chopped green chillis, and a couple of spoonfulls of
red vine vinegar is a quick, simple, easy to make salad, with a very
nice 'bite' to it).
