Hi,
I'm trying to install FreeBSD via FTP. I got the disk images, booted
up, all goes well until I try to start ppp0.
ppp ON> dial
doesn't do anything. After 10 sec the chatscript fails without
dialing.
I've tried repeatedly on all serial devices offered
/dev/cuaa3 # this is where I expect to find my modem
# linux /dev/ttyS3 dos com4
/dev/cuaa0 # probably my mouse :)
/dev/cuaa1 # unused to the best of my knowledge
What am I missing here???
TIA,
Jon
