Well I don't really consider it off-topic - others may disagree -
but it is the freebsd-isp list and ISP do nead dialup account.

So who else have you looked at besides Ziplink and Megapop.  Have
you considered the offering from any of the carrier-grade
providers such as Agis, Cable & Wireless, Level3.

Who have you discard in your hunt.  I'm sure we'd all be curious to
know who and why.
