Haha =) Nope, the other committers are simply not worthy enough to handle doc related stuff like the manpages and the sgml stuff. (just kidding guys). freebsd-doc does manpages, docbook, anything concerned with documentation. Just be careful not to mess with /usr/src/contrib stuff too much (due to CVS reasons). You better submit those kind of manpage updates to the maintainers of the package.
