docs is fine.

Just use docs, that will make sure freebsd-docs gets a copy of the PR
submitted.

Haha =)

Nope, the other committers are simply not worthy enough to handle doc
related stuff like the manpages and the sgml stuff. (just kidding guys).

freebsd-doc does manpages, docbook, anything concerned with
documentation.  Just be careful not to mess with /usr/src/contrib stuff
too much (due to CVS reasons).  You better submit those kind of manpage
updates to the maintainers of the package.  Other than that, let's see
those PR's and we shall see if I can close them faster than you can send
them.
