R = Rewind, NR = No Rewind.

*shrug*  Obviously, I think that violates POLA (it'd certainly A me), but 
if there's consensus on this it should probably be done properly 
(changing the manpage and not changing MAKEDEV gave me to assume that 
there was no consensus).
