So /dev/nrsa0 is the no rewind rewind drive?

From 4.4BSD:

FILES
     /dev/rmt*  Raw magnetic tape interface

There used to be a block interface for the 'mt' driver, so the drives
got names like /dev/mt8 and /dev/rmt8.  I think we need to get rid of
the 'r', like we did with disks.
