This port is still broken, at least for me using internat code and
cvsup as of yesterday. I have not been able to get it to work for a
long time...

Actually, having said that it doesnt seem as if the port is broken, at
least for me (well, there were two dumb typos in the MASTER_SITES which
were my fault, but they won't stop it from building).
