Thus if I'm looking for as meny bug fixes but as few new features
as possible is there something like tag=RELENG_4_1_1_STABLE?

Is tag=RELENG_4_1_1_RELEASE exactly 4.1.1-RELEASE or does it also contain
some additional bug fixes?
