This looks normal. My home machine (that I'm typing this on right now)
looks like:
stf0: flags=1<UP> mtu 1280
inet6 2002:1217:b62::1 prefixlen 16
Routing seems to work in my office network:
wollman@khavrinen(37)$ traceroute6 6to4.ipv6.microsoft.com
traceroute to 6to4.ipv6.microsoft.com (2002:836b:9820::836b:9820), 30
hops max, 12 byte packets
1 2002:121a:12:180a:280:c8ff:feca:a765 0.552 ms 0.365 ms 0.323 ms
2 2002:836b:9820::836b:9820 145.199 ms * 158.539 ms
(The office network is running 4.2-STABLE as of last Friday.
Hopefully some time this week we'll start advertising 2002:1200::/24 to the
6bone.)

Link-local addresses don't make sense over 6to4, whose ``link'' is the
entire IPv4 Internet.

The only problem I've had was rather similar to yours except that I
got ``host is down'' errors from ping6 et al. In that case, the
problem was a mismatch between the configured 2002:foo:bar prefix on
my local Ethernet and the actual 2002:baz:quux prefix which was
appropriate for my IP address.
