Hello,
I'm about to purchase several components and wanted to get the group's
opinion as to how well they run with FreeBSD. I was considering:
Asus A7V133 Motherboard
(http://www.asus.com/products/Motherboard/socketa/a7v133/spec.html)
Does FreeBSD support the optional AC 97 audio?
Athlon Thunderbird CPU
Teac 32X/4X/4X CD-RW (IDE/ATAPI interface)
The cheaper the better - just want a CDRW that works.
Any video card with an NVIDIA GeForce 2 chipset
Any tips on which brand to buy?
Any and all advice is appreciated. Thanks.
