Anyway, last word was that we need to wait for the gnome 1.4 update to go in -- there are some fixes to gnomevfs which ought to get it to run. Now, as far as the worthiness of the program, personally, I would say that yes, it is worth trying; 0.5.1 was a really nice mail client.
