Latest transgression, with the following log message:

Back out rev 1.260.  The 'streams' module is a registered dependency of
the 'svr4' module already.  This was a 4.x-only problem and should not      
have been MFS'ed.

This was a remote commit, the templates are created at checkout time,
not commit time. You have to be backwards compatable with all the previous
templates for this reason.
