For a professional writer, this is disgraceful. Plagiarism is claiming someone else's work as your own. Greg did not do that: it was clearly marked as a quote. (I think Greg would be a quite unlikely person to plagiarise Brett.) Quoting without attribution is just that, quoting without attribution.
