Code from > Samba's "nmblookup" would be fine but it is GPL. xsmbrowser is a GREAT tools, which is even better than Microsofts Network Neighbourhood. I use it to browser our LAN with 200+ PCs and it's very comfortable (and has less bugs than M$' crap) You can find it in the ports collection.
