We haven't synced with the "vendor" in 6 years. So we seem to be
maintaining this independently of NetBSD now. Unfortuneatly Asmodai,
took 90% of the files off the vendor branch last April when he went on a
"adding $FreeBSD$ ids" for no good reason. :-(
If you object to this commit, I am willing to back it out prejudice.
