  Well here are the solutions I can think of ;)

  #1.  Use PostScript instead of PDF.

  #2.  Try other PS->PDF programs.

  #3.  Try generating PDF directly, without going through PostScript.
       To accomplish this you will have to be fairly comfortable with
       TeX -- this is currently disabled since we are exceeding PDFTeX
       capacities.
