Oops, sorry guys. I've lost my vns@delta.odessa.ua E-mail acount about
month or so ago and I just figure out that recently. Unfortunatly at 
the momemnt I can't solve that problem.

Could you please resend related patches to the vsilyaev@mindspring.com .

I'm aware about problems to run -current as a guest. My guess is that 
when NEWSMP has been introduced, vmware uses slow patch to emulate CPU,
unfortunatly it could be confirmed/solved only by folks from VMWare.
