hi,

just a couple of newbie questions...

1. i see in /usr/doc/.... i got the handbook and other
docs in sgml format. how are these viewed? also there
is a makefile there for the whole book, do i got to
run make on that directory to generate the handbook?

2. if i wanna get a newer ports tree for the stable
branch (4.5 prerelease) can i do a cvsup and have only
the line:

ports-all

in the cvsupfile? will that overwrite and update the
old tree automaticaly? or do i got to do more
process? so far i've only updated ports and stuff with
full cvsup and buildworld. how can i do it for ports
only?

thanx a lot
